Screening and Discussion

The Black Tulip is a modern portrait of Afghanistan that captures the current plight and resilience of its people.

This award-winning film gives voice to the voiceless people of Afghanistan by telling a story through the eyes of an ordinary family from Kabul that remains hopeful despite constant struggle and tragedy.

Net proceeds from the Fall Film Series will help support exhibitions and educational programs at the Bruce Museum.

For information about the films, email Festival Director Tom Carruthers.
